  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50 (domestic) or €150 (international). Automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping FAQs

  • Can I change my address after ordering?
    Yes, if your order has not been dispatched. Please contact support within 1 hour of ordering to guarantee address changes.
  • My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
    Please check with neighbors, building managers, or reception. If still missing, contact us within 5 business days for an investigation and replacement.
  • Customs & Duties:
    For international orders, all customs paperwork is handled by us. Duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. For EU/US/UK, no extra charges at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Easy 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible products.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Login to your account, find your order, and click “Start Return”. Or contact us directly with your order number.
  • Return Shipping: Pre-paid shipping label provided for all domestic returns. International customers receive discounted label or may ship with their own carrier.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For perishables: must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of receiving returned items. You’ll be notified by email once refund is issued.
  • Exchanges: Fast exchanges for different size/flavor—just specify in your return request. Out-of-stock exchange items will be refunded.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, discounted final sale items, opened perishables (unless defective).
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us with photos within 48 hours for priority replacement/refund.
